ive gone through 3 hid kits and 2 of them when turned on have completely wiped out my radio signal. anybody know what could be the problem?

are you sure you hooked it up to your stock headlight harness or your radio??lol
like what they said its idiot proof!
meaning most of them are plug and play!

 

im positive i connected it to the stock harness. im so lost cuz i love HIDs but cant figure out the problem. thanx

 

Just buy halos (as in halogens you ricers!)

 

going back to halogens will not work for me...the visibility with HIDs are 100x better

if its that much better why dont you say ***** the radio?

 

because i want everything on my car to actually work correctly...something alot of people dont care about

 

I would double check the grounds to both your radio and your HID's. Sometimes if the grounds aren't connected, they will blow the fuse or cause things to short out.

now wouldnt i have to get projector headlights for that? i dont do proector headlights

 

Buy my HID kit for 200 bucks, and see if it works....

LOL you would need projectors that you can retrofit into non projector housings to you LOL - are you even using casper shields?

so you don't do projectors but you do blind people (on-coming traffic)

I have the same problem with my car. I just listen to cds at night.

I think it's more an issue of using low-quality components.

 

I would agree with u only if the same kit didnt work in my buddys car perfectly

 

Are they both stock radios? Is the wiring for the kit "plug-and-play"?

 

No I have a clarion in dash. Y would that matter tho?

It could be the way the unit is shielded, the sensitivity of the antenna, etc.

 

is ur CD player still on the stock ground??? the factory ground in hondas suck..ground it out urself
