hid question
im thinking of putting hid's into my crx but the hid only come with two ballast and the crx has 2 different kinds of light bulbs one for highs and one for the lows which one would you all recommend t take p[lace in the high beams or the low beams to anybody familiar with hids
why would you need two hid for? why do u want to put hid in the high beam section for? saying that because you are confuse to where to put it in(low or high spot). btw putting hid in a non projector headlight will glare at other drivers which will blind their *** and crash into you. .
If you retro fit a projecter HID like one from a s2k or TSX into your stock housing it will blind people but if you mod your housing a little and just use a HID buld it can look good.

i hope you're not trying to say that retrofits blind people and plug-n-play kits don't...

YES, if your high and low beams are separate bulbs, you'll need two different HID kits, but i don't recommend you go this way. (you're high beams will be prone to prematurely burning out from flipping high beams on/off).
i believe the oem crx headlights have fluted lenses... BAD for HIDs (retrofit or PnP).
what would be the optimum thing to do is to buy a set of aftermarket projector headlights. then retrofit a set of bi-xenon HID projectors into it. bi-xenon projectors have a shade that slides up and down to allow low beam and high beam in one projector. it'll be a lot of work, but you'll be the happiest in the end. retrofits FTW!
