well i had a set of HID that worked properly but then my car got stolen. they ripped the socket where the stock bulb goes to but i replaced it and worked fine now i got new HID but they do not work when i hook them up to the low beam slot. only 1 works but if i hook it up to the high bean both work fine!
what is wrong?
