My friend's Nissan Maxima comes stock with D2S 4300k bulbs. He wants a much exotic look and wants to buy 8000k bulbs (his decision). If he buys 8000k D2S bulbs will it plug into the stock harness without any problems?

 

As long as it is D2S, it will work.
