I believe you're referring to the city light, which should just have a positive and a ground wire. Simply connect the positive wire from the city light to the positive wire of your parking lights, and connect the ground wire from the city light to a chassis ground.

 

where are the parking lights? send me a picture on how to do this because it didn't come with instructions
