side markers
I suspect you have the side markers wired so that they are constantly lit, and also blink with the turn signal. If you want them to blink in unison, you need to wire them so that the positive wire from the side marker is connected to the positive for the turn signal, and the ground wire for the side marker is connected to a chassis ground.
yea when the parking/headlights are on the side markers are on and when i put a blinker on then the normal blinkers will blink and the side markers will blink but not at the same time
i just got the car so i didnt hook these up

You cannot have both parking lights and sidemarkers on at the same time, and then have them flash at the same time with the turn signals.
Well you could, but it would require some complicated wiring and probably logic circuits, like how GM does their newer cars that use the turn signals as the daytime running lights.
You can either have the sidemarker function as turn signal only, and it will flash at the same time as the turn signal always, or you can leave it as it is now - flash at the same time if parking lights are off, or flash alternately if the parking lights are on.
Think about how the turn signal behaves - when you flick on a turn signal, the turn signal bulb immediately lights up for a seconds, then goes out, comes back on, etc. and flashes. If you had your parking lights and side markers on, and then flicked on the turn signal the sidemarker would have to turn off first, and then both turn signal and sidemarker come on together, go off together, come on together, etc. Then when the signal cancels, the turn signal bulb would turn off altogether, but then the sidemarker would have to come back on steady. As you can see, it would take more than just simply connecting wires to make that work.
