Help with relay basics
I've tried posting my question on the following post with no help.

The green light on the fog light switch lights up when the low beams are on but the fog lights don't light up. The relay under the hood gets 12V from the battery, and the switch voltage (from the under dash relay) is 10.8 volts. Does the relay need 12V to activate? Maybe I have a voltage drop somewhere. I haven't checked the voltage at the bulbs yet, I didn't feel like ripping apart the front bumper again.
