Default help with high/low beams

okay so heres the situation

my car (1989 crx si) has the original 9006 head light plug. i switched to the JDM EF8 front end and those headlamps are using H4h.
i made a conversion harness, a 9006-h4h plug (without high beams) for now. I want to use the high beams but seeing how my original wiring harness uses 9006&9005 for headlights low/high beam wont work as it can blow out the bulb if i wire them, wire for wire.

As 9006/9005, low beam are on and when i turn on the high beam, the 9006 AND 9005 bulbs are both on.
&
As for H4h, low beam is on and when i turn on the high beam, the low beam shuts off and high are on.

is there a write up to wire up a relay to turn off my low and leave the high beam on as the high beam are hot?? i googled up those SPDT relays but i just cant seem to figure out how it would be wired.

I drive a lot at night and in some areas on the way home, id like to see a bit further than the norm output is.

Why don't you buy a true dual H4 hid kit which comes with low and high beams.
