Help: 2k s2k hids
imo, if you have a full retro you should know better...
swap the bulbs, check the voltage to the ballast,
unless you were rich, and bought the whole thing from some guy... if thats the case.. just use your money to fix it... and go pay someone to fix it...

bulbs aren't SUPPOSED to go bad, but can't they still crack from finger oils on the glass and/or moisture in your headlight housing??? if they crack and lose their gas, then they probably won't work.
but like he said, try switching the two ballasts you have to see if it's the ballast. otherwise, check your fuses... and your fuse contacts (esp if you have an in-line fuse for your wiring harness).

OOH you's a scary man.
Explain your setup and we might be able to help.
Do you have an upgraded harness, some kind of fuse, did you try switching bulbs, etc.

Come on guys, let's be a little more helpful here and a little less derogatory (those of you who know the truth about HID's lol).
OP: give us more details on your setup. I know you bought the car with it in there, but try to find out for us.
Are these actually S2000 projectors (manufactured by Stanley) retrofitted in your stock headlight housings? Or are they just D2S bulbs from an S2K jammed into your stock housings?
What ballasts are being used?
Are the ballasts powered by stock wiring, or does there appear to be an aftermarket harness present, with wires attached to the positive battery terminal with fuses nearby?
For the side that does not work, does the ballast on that side make any noise at all when you turn it on?
To troubleshoot, first swap sides on the bulbs. If the problem goes to the other side of the car, then that bulb is bad. If not, it's either the ballast or the wiring (or fuses).
Next, switch sides on the ballasts, if you can. If the problem stays on the same side, then the problem should be a blown fuse or a problem with the wiring itself, perhaps a bad ground or other bad connection (I had a bad ground shortly after wiring up my custom harness). If the problem moves to the other side when switching ballasts, then the problem is definitely a bad ballast.
Hope this helps, but try to get some more info for us.
