So you mean just your headlights work? what about your tail lights? Give us a list of all the lights that work and don't work. A list...not a paragraph...

* Left Low-beam - Y/N
* Left High-beam - Y/N
* Left Front Parking Light- Y/N
* Left Front Turn Signal - Y/N
* Left Side-marker - Y/N (If you have side-markers)

* Left Rear Stop Light - Y/N
* Left Rear Parking Light - Y/N
* Left Rear Turn Signal - Y/N
* Left Reverse Light - Y/N

* Rear Fog Light - Y/N (if you have a rear fog light)

* High Mount Stop Light - Y/N

* Right Reverse Light - Y/N
* Right Rear Turn signal - Y/N
* Right Rear Parking Light - Y/N
* Right Rear Stop Light- Y/N

* Right Low-beam - Y/N
* Right High-beam - Y/N
* Right Front Parking Light- Y/N
* Right Front Turn Signal - Y/N
* Right Side-marker - Y/N (If you have side-markers)

* Instrument/Dash Lights - Y/N

That is normal... those are your parking lights... they turn on with the first click of the light swtich.

This is normal, you hazards are supposed to work even if the car is off, as long as your battery has power, you hazard lights will work.

This is another wire that has shorted out somewhere...

Okay, after going through your post.. slowly... I hope i read it right.

I think your problem is somewhere toward the front of the car. You said you got into an accident right?

Did you get it fixed at a body-shop? and how bad was the damage.

It sounds like either the parking light wire is shorting out with your turn signal wires.. OR the body-shop you took it to, screwed up your electrical.

If your body-shop screwed up your electrical.. then I suggest you bring it back... its really their problem.. because it is their responsibility to get your car up and running again... so you shouldn't have to pay extra for any other repairs.

If the damage was the whole front end, and you had to replace the radiator support...

thats a lot of damage..

Its like i said, either the parking light wire is shorting with the turn signal wire or the body-shop did a number on your electrical system.

Up front, lighting wise, there are only 8 wires: Left Turn Signal, Right Turn Signal, Left Low-beam, Left High-beam, Right Low, Right High, Parking Lights, and ground.

The head lights have 3 wires each, high, low, ground, and your corners have 3 wires each, parking, turn, and ground.

To check if they are shorting out.. you are going to need a multimeter... and check for continuity between the parking light wire, and turn signal wire - on each side.

If the resistance is 1, then u have no continuity, if it is a value less than one.. you have some continuity...

Also when you turn on your hazard lights, you said that your dash lights turn on - do they blink on/off?

sometimes people leave the green plug undone on the switch and turn signals etc wont work, but i would check all your headlight wire from cuts etc, and also make sure the ground wires arent cut and are tight on both sides

yeah o was thinking it was a short, a bad ground, an open wire, a broken fused. .i checked hella stuff.. i even sanded down some places thinking it was a bad ground or something .. but then i did some of the hazard tests that was given to me from someone else

i tooked the turn signal/hazard relay out and connect 1 and 3 together and the emergency light went on ... that mans i had a bad ground .. so i try to find every single ground and .. nothing hpapened .. then i was thinking .. or it can be a bad hazard swtich.. so i switched that and ... next thing i know everything worked ....then i lmao on how a stupid **** like a damn button expletive everything up

and yeah the front end damage could have been the source of my problem you know but i guess it was it wasnt
r
but other then that i found out a way to change the color of my climate control a lot easier than welding in bulbs with solder, what u do is u take the same kind of bulb and socket from the guage cluster and u use it in the climate control, and just change the bulbs to led
