Tail light and corner/bumper lenses use a rigid epoxy, not a pliable adhesive like the headlights.
Your only option is to very carefully cut them open with something like a Dremel cutting wheel and then glue them back together with a similar 2-part epoxy.
If you put them in the oven, you run the risk of deforming the lenses, which will be very noticeable with the tight prismatic hatch pattern present on the lenses. The taillight lenses probably aren't as thick as headlight lenses, either, since headlights have to endure road debris, so they will be even more likely to deform in the oven at the same temperature where a headlight lens would not have any problems.
