Default CTR lights...need diagram

I know that there is a positive and negative but I would like to use it when my headlights are off. I looked at a couple things it seems like the best bet is to make a switch for it. correct?

Do you mean the city light? Yes, you can run it using a relay and switch.

You won't need a relay, but if you're drawing power directly from the battery, you should definitely use a fuse.
