ok so tonight i was driving my car and i get down the hill and shut my car off. get out. for a bit and then get back in. my car was making a weird clicking noise (main relaY) really fast tick tick tick tick.(y is that ticking)
then my radio, headlights, cornerlights stop working, windows and START UP dont happen, like theres no juice..
so i jump start it and drive it home
well when almost home, my car lights (cluster get really dim as do my headlights.
i flick on my turn signal but there not there.(cluster or outside)
i try and flick on my highbeams and my car slows down? wtf?
WELL EVENTUALLY while driving the car shuts off and dies. and does not want to start.

Sounds like your alternator is taking a dump and the car is running off the battery. Check the alternator belt and output.
Yup, check your batteries or just a quick gas up will work. Your wirings too. That's a lot of electricity and starting up problem. Was your ride still a good deal until now? When did you got your last maintenance or automotive check?

good news or are you still walking home?
you can check it without getting yourself potentially stranded. A simple volt meter will tell you what's going on in a few seconds. (you don't need anything expensive, the $10-15 radio shack versions work great)
car idling
>13.8V = regulator dead, replace immediately
13.2-13.8V = alternator good
12.8-13.2V = alternator weak
<12.8 = alternator not working
note: these are off the top of my head voltages, not to be used as a rule.
