Default Return vs Returnless Fuel System

So I have an EP3 that I have been running for a long time now with a TSX Block and Rsx-S head and a Jackson Racing Supercharger. It has been running fine for years with the stock returnless fuel system upgraded with a Walbro pump and RC 440 injectors. I am in the process of upgrading to a Kraftwerks supercharger with the C38R blower. Obviously I am looking at fuel system upgrades also. Obviously I will be upgrading the fuel pump and injectors, but I am wondering if I need to go with a return fuel system over the stock returnless system. I am looking at the Deatschwerks DW400 pump module. They have a kit they sell that is set up for a return line that looks really slick, but it is prohibitively expensive. Is that or something like it necessary? Or can I stick with just an upgraded pump and skip the return system?

Has that DW400 pump module been released yet ? If so, that would contradict the pump information that I provided in your other thread. You could run that and leave the system return-less. A set of DW1200's or DW1500's would get you where you want to be on HP with a conventional/race fuel. You would need to go 1/3 bigger if you intend to run corn.

So I did decide to go with the DW400 pump with the return kit. I want this car to be right the first time so I decided not to cut any more corners than I absolutely had to. And some 1200cc injectors to go with the pump.
