I currently have a k20a stock motor
and an integra ls
I wish to get 300 hp out of this motor to put into my integra
what would all the parts I would need to upgrade In the motor to make it handle 300hp
I will be using a turbo

 

Stock internals should handle 300whp easily. You'll need to upgrade injectors, and that's about it I think.

 

On a healthy stock k20a2, numerous folks have been in the 500-600 hp range and have it hold together on good fuel and good tuning without too much drama. Have a look over at K20a.org.
