Trying to get the magic back
Hey all, just wanted to say hi to you fellow Honda enthusiasts out there. I can't believe I'm here, but it's all come full circle and I'm pumped about it.
First "real" car that I actually liked was in freshman year of college I got a 98 Integra LS, forest green on tan with a slushbox. It wasn't fast, it wasn't perfect, but I loved that car. Got it with 50k on the odo, sold it with 160k when I moved to a much snowier climate. Now I'm back in the south and I'm out of school, got a good job, and looking (honestly) for a daily/winter car....thus the need for a teg. I've got a nice ride that's plenty fast but I'd rather not rack up miles on it if I can. I miss having a teg...something about driving a slow car fast and rowing my own gears just makes me nostalgic.
Looking for a 3rd gen GSR, interior has to be black, me no likely the tan. Black on black is the dream, and as close to stock as I can get it. I'm not interested in super-modding it or making 300+ whp, what i really want is a....time capsule. Daily honda reliability with a little fun. Anyways, I'll stop waxing poetically over here....
I'm sure with all of you guys's help I'll find my teg, and I can't wait to rebuild it and show it off for the beauty it was when it rolled off the showroom floor!
