Hello, just finally decided to create a username. I am not by any means new to this site. I have done quite a few project and thanks to the resource of this site, was able to complete them. I am not a mechanic with no mechanical background at all.Just have the motivation and patience to make things work. I have learn a whole lot from researching and reading (especially DIY) on this very site.

 

Welcome. Can you tell us more about your projects?

 

My first car is a 92 civic si. This started out as a learning car, first manual etc. So my focus was more on cosmetic. Basic research give me ideas of how to lower my car, suspension types and options I have for my budget. Then next is DIY wheel paintings. Added ek sideskits. Ended up doing a home made turbo (homemadeturbo.com). Car ran great until I got bored with it. So I sold it and got a Crx. By this time I build up a little more confident. It was no big deal, but to me it was. It had a rod knock so I replaced the longblock. And repainted the car. Then fast forward until now, I missed my hatch so i got a 92 cx. Things I've done so far are rear disk brakes, lowered of course, and a gsr swap. I would like to repaint and get it bard someday as time do not permit. Maybe ill make a build thread to have more details. Here are some pics that i dug up.
