i have a 1998 honda civic lx 5 speed sedan. all of my gages work my speedometer will go up to 25 and stay there sometimes when driving. i replaced the speed sensor, the plug the the speed senor hooks into, checked my fuse. none of my instrument cluster wires look corroded. does anyone know what is causing this?
