spark and fuel problems

ok guys im in a little dilemma here and i cant think no more yesterday on my way home from work i started to feel and here a wierd noise (not motor noise) through my exsaust when i accelerated so i let off and down shifted cause my turn was coming up any way. after the turn i proceeded 1st through 5 gear everything was fine then it all happened about 2 milles later. the car stalled and when i went to start it it ould start. after about an hour of trying to start it i got it started but it was running like poop. i coud not travel over 1000 rpms in each gear so i drove home going 8 mph ha funny. got home and about 2 hrs latter i went out and started the car it was idiling fine now did not start easy but now is idiling. i rev it up and after 3000rpm it breaks up really bad and stalled. i tried to start it i notice my fule pump was not turning on so i checked it. NO POWER. i ran a live power and ground to it and the motor started but same thing 3000rpm then it stalled but this time no spark. any ideas guys im stuck and need the help thanks......2001 acura integra
