Default Pops and bangs but won't start

Hi I have a Honda civic 1.6i VTec se executive hatchback automatic d16v1 mrk7, just broke a stud on my engine mounting bracket ended up getting a replacement bracket replaced it put everything back together then realised my silly buddy who was helping me out left my electrics running which totally drain my battery out so couldn't start car.. Then I manage to get some jump leads to try and jump start it but it won't start all I was getting was pops and bangs like it wants to turn and start but nothing it won't start and just makes pops and bangs whilst trying to start can anyone help me diagnose the problem could it just be that my battery is knack and not enough juice to run the fuel pump for it to send fuel to start or have I not the timing out by replacing bracket etc please help me??

Looking at your distributor cap from the right side fender: Spark plugs are numbered from one to four beginning at the cam gear and moving toward the distributor. Beginning at the top left position on the distributor cap and moving CLOCKWISE, the plug wires connect in the firing order - one, three, four, and two.
