I'm new to this forum, I've embarked on a mission to build my daughter a car, she's worth every busted knuckle & four letter expletive!! this will be the third civic I've owned, therefore am familiar.

have just done a motor & trans change.. went like this! picked up a 96 ex a/t sedan, for just about nuthin. a former Honda genius, had put a 93 D15B7 into it! complete mess & impossible to diagnose anything, from what I could tell the care just crawled around in limp-mode.

since my daughter is unable to operate a manual, & v-tech technology would be completely wasted on her- I decided to purchase a D16Y7 & matching a/t trans. also bought corresponding ecu & engine harness! just want to hand her a great car for the next few years for college.

motor & tranny swap went pretty well, with the exception of the normal crap, rusted bolts & such. the engine runs great, but am have some issues with the following: D4 light inop! VSS code P0720,have replaced VSS twice, checked wiring, are these issues connected?
