Cuz he.wants me to send my money as a gift.but I.have never have purchased something like that sorry if I am in the wrong place

wrong place, NEVER buy ANYTHING via PayPal by sending it as a gift. It's 100% a scam. If he mentions an issue regarding the fees(gift payments are exempt from fees), then just send him a few extra dollars.

if you pay via normal payment, you can make a paypal claim if you don't receive the item or it's not as described and get your money back. paying via gift you're just screwed.

there is NEVER a reason to pay via gift, unless it's literally a gift.
