Hey everybody, names Jackson, 18 years old, and I'm from WY. I've been into Hondas for almost two solid years now. I drive a 1993 Del sol si, my second Honda. Just recently joined the US Navy, now I will be able to spend some more money on the 'sol. Glad to be a member of the Honda-Tech community!

Default new sol project

my bro in law bought a sol and were gonna do work on it. Start with the suspension. Skunk2 coils, camber adjusters, and rear lower control arms. Then an engine. Thinking of h2b but not sure. Ill make a log of everything done to it over time.

You need to do some reading. Junk2 coils aren't that great. Camber kits aren't needed. LCAs look good but are wasted money and often just cause more problems unless you get Function7s.

Hello everyone! Just bought our 3rd Honda. Lucked into a 1999 Civic Si. We've also owned a '91 CRX Si and a '92 CX. So far, this Si takes the cake, although I miss my CRX everyday

I've been involved in many Honda projects, so hopefully I can be of some help to you guys. I've already learned a lot from this forum.

Thanks,
Ben

A lot of information about the Del Slos is the same as the information for the 92-95, thus the lack of their own section.

Hello everyone! I just got a '95 del Sol a couple weeks ago and it's been a great daily here in CA. I had a '97 del Sol in high school so it brings back fond memories.

The previous owners took great care of the car and gave me the original owner's manual along with receipts for every maintenance done on the car, including oil changes and tire rotations! So far I gave it a good wash/wax, used some Back to Black for the plastic pieces, Never-Dull on the headlights, and replaced the front brake pads and rotors and it stops sooo much better now.

I'm looking to pick up a set of tires and possibly wheels also if anyone has some with tires. The tires on it now are really unevenly worn on the inside so hopefully once I get an alignment that will be fixed. It's lowered on Eibachs but I'm not sure how much, maybe an inch. The tires it has now are 205/40/16 and I think I'll stick with that unless I just go with 15s if I replace the wheels to save money. I don't really have anything against the wheels, they're OK but they're pretty curbed up and I'm looking for something more OEM. I really like these 16" HFP 5-spoke wheels but I can't find them anywhere.

Anyway enough talk, here are some photos of the car!

I have a friend in Malaysia. The car modding scene is pretty heavy down there, isn't it?

Hey Guys/Gals

No pics as of yet, still a noob to the thread. Had a 94 ej coupe with a built d16 and tastefully upgraded with a set of bronze sparco drifts, eibach sportlines, tint and a fresh coat of black paint. Alas someone else wanted the car more than me, so they took it from my yard one night, stripped it and left it for me six streets up from the house. That was 2 years ago and I finally have just recently picked up a 95 civic cx hatch... I mean basemodel but it was all factory and never molested... still had the factory air filter box. So I am BackinHatch..haha for all the ac/dc fans. But I look forward to sharing this build and talking about whatever you guys wanna talk about... till then
