Hi, my name is Tim. I work as a mechanic for a small shop in a small town in Northern California. I've recently been given permission to "do whatever I want" to my 2000 Honda Civic Ex. I believe it has a B16Y7. Or Y8. Anyways. I want to keep it on the street. This will be a balanced build, with a nice sound system and some power upgrades. Thats where all of you highly intelligent honda guys will help. Hopefully.
I would like add cold air intake, bigger throttle body and intake manifold. Slightly bigger injectors. Exhaust and a turbo. Now my questions, what can be done without computer tuning? What can be done the stock computer as far as tuning goes. For all you swappers out there, yes eventually a K24, but for now i am budget challenged figuratively speaking. I happen to already have some parts, and obviously ebay and amazon can provide the rest. This build is just to get my feet wet with the basics.
