I am CHRIS, i own a 96 RED CIVIC Hatchback, CE version, w/ 145k miles on it. Headlights (low beams) wont come on, but high beams DO come on. Just replaced low beam fuses, nothing. I see references to a relay in high beam switch/ toggle. Is that a possibility? Changing fuses is highly technical for me; i am NOT a car guy.
