I am going to purchase 95 model CIVIC with ZC Engine 16 value 1600cc. As I am new to this please guide me is it DOHC or SOHC.
Also which year model is this?

 

I can tell from the photo that is a SOHC. Most of your DOHC will have like a canyon in the valve cover that sits between both cams.
As for the year I can't help on that.
The photo below shows the differences. The top VC is a SOHC the bottom and the left one are both DOHC.
