Default Hi! Looking for some Element advice

Newbie here, owner of an R50 Pathfinder with 204k and an Outback with 145k on it. Considering an Element as we are in need of a bulletproof reliable low maintenance mileage collector. Looking for all there is to know or consider with a $5-6000 budget! Thank you

I've heard horrible stories about trans, sensors and just the overall design of them.. My advice? Look into a T4R and since you already have 4WD you could find a 2WD for cheap.
