Hello everyone. I have a procharged 1990 crx si with a b18a1 and gsr cable trans. It use to be a lsv with brain crower stage 3 cams and brain crower sprins and retainers but my car jumped time and bent the valves and broke 3 valve guides so I just put together a ls and dropped in it for now but im having trouble now. I put a brand new timing belt on it aldo and it is very tight. But once the car warms all the way up its like it wont turn over anymore. I thought my battery was dead so I drifted started it and it start squealing really loud and smoking under the hood. I checked everything and it all looks normal so I took the belts off and the alt and procharger turns with no problem. I let the car sit for a few hours got back in it and it started right back up.... Im not to sure what is going on but any help would be awesome. Btw im new on here. This is my first post so please take it easy on me if I do something wrong. Im just here for help. Thanks so much.
