I actually joined this forum back in 2010 when I purchased a poorly running manual red stock 1994 del sol Si. I didn't really know my way around forums then and certainly was no expert on Honda's or anything else, so didn't feel comfortable posting. It took me about 6 months to get it running satisfactory and I learned a lot along the way. It then ran fine until about 6 months ago and recently got much worse, so I decided to give the forum a try.

Everything I learned was from the 2 volume Honda Del Sol Service Manual. I replaced the head gasket, clutch switch, starter, antennae, coil, igniter, speakers and rear lock cylinder. I also ran a cable from a '95 del sol to create a remote trunk release, fixed two leaks in the A/C system and located 3 separate oil leaks using a UV detector and light.

I hope to be more active now and in the future.
