FNG to the forums
Greetings,
Im guessing the proper thing to do is a small introduction, giving tidbits of relevence to the story, and go browsing...?
So..having said that...i found this place as most probably do, an advertisement pops up while looking at ****...lol..car ****, cmon...and after building what some would describe as pretty damn nice, and really fast ground pounding street rods for the last few years, ive decided to buy a Honda...just for kicks, ive wanted to build something very less, with a whole lot more if you know what I mean.
My current modes of transportation are....1990 Suburban, 10 inch Superlift all spring, no blocks..6inch rod 383, and all the goodies to spin 14.50/39.5 Swamper IROKs...a 1967 Corvette that has the 435-427 under the bench saving wear and tear, in favor of a roller 505 with Big Chief heads and a four speed...and the shop flagship, a '33 Ford Roadster with a full tube chassis and a 8-71 blown, snow methanol injected, Motorsports 557 in front of a reverse pattern, manual C-6 and a Fab9 turning 21.50 Sportsmans.
Ive been a welder fabricator chassis builder for change over 25 years...and figure I havent killed anyone yet, so i must be doing at least half the job right...?
Current indevor is a 2002 Accord with straight panels and perfect interior...goal isnt on of those five hundred horse a-arm benders with slicks, but something i can take out and have fun with and get more than six miles to the gallon. Never touched a Honda, other than to put gas in one one time...and I think my mom had one way back in the stone age...so...ill be browsing around and picking up as much as i can from you guys...should be fun.
