I just picked up my first Honda accord 96 ex vtech, it is not wanting to start, no check engine light when i turn the key to the on position, (brand new relay) but when I use a test light and jump the fuel pump wire ( green wire in the relay I do believe) I can get fuel to pump clear up to the fuel rail, the car has spark as well, cleaned the ground wire for the ecm as well and still the same results. Has anyone ever seen a ground go bad in a car to where it would cause this issue? I am trying to do this in my driveway in the dead of cold so any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance if you respond.
