I BOUGHT ONE CRV 0 KM, PUT ALL ACCESSORIES IN THE HONDA DEALER , IN SPITE OF THE PRICE BE ABOVE THE MARKET. TO ONLY A DEALER HAVE CONTACT WITH THE VEHICLE, AND SO BE LIABLE FOR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.
I DID THE 10000 KM MAINTENANCE WHEN THE VEHICLE COMPLETED ONE YEAR ON 01/04/2013, AND WAS CHARGED BALANCING AND ALIGNMENT.
LAST WEEK THE VEHICLE COMPLETED 20.000 KM AND I MADE MAINTENANCE AT THE SAME DEALER. THEY JUST INFORMED ME THAT ALIGNMENT AND BALANCING OF THE TIRES COULD NOT BE PERFORMED BECAUSE THE FRONT TIRES HAD COMPLETELY FINISHED.
THEY REQUESTED ME TO GO TO A BRIGESTONE REPRESENTATIVE TO ASK FOR WARRANTY
THE TYRE FACTORY TECHNICIAN DENIED TO GIVE A WARRANTY , DIAGNOSING LACK OF ROTATION AND CONVERGENCE ERROR.
THE HONDA CAR COMPANY DENIED TOO, AND REFUSED TO ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY.
I BOUGHT A CAR WITH TIRES , I DID NOT BOUGHT TIRES FROM BRIDGESTONE, I BOUGHT A HONDA FOR BELIEVING IN THE NAME OF THE BRAND, I MADE ALL RECOMENDED MAINTENANCE IN THE HONDA DEALER.
I HAVE DOUBTS REGARDING THE SUITABILITY OF HONDA AND AS EXPOSED ABOVE I GOT TO THE FOLLOWING CONCLUSIONS: THE VEHICLE IS REALY BAD AND WILL ALWAYS GIVE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. OR THEY CHARGED BUT DID NOT MADE THE BALANCING AND ALINGMENT AT THE TIME OF THE FIRST MAINTENANCE. IN BOTH POSSIBILITIES THERE MISSING HONESTY FROM HONDA
SO, I ADVISE THE CONSUMERS TO AVOID HONDA CARS, THIS IS NOT A BETTER AFTER SALES SERVICE OF THE MARKET, AS THEY SAY.
