OK I've just purchased two little projects. One is a EG civic sedan with a B16a manual transplant and a 93 Del Sol b16a. Both cars have been sitting for a number of years.
strangely enough they're both showing the lack of ignition. I have replaced on both cars, plugs, leads, ignition coil, dizzy igniters, fuel module relays.
There is power getting to the fuel relay but no power coming out to fire the fuel pump and injectors on crank.
My thoughts now step to replacing the full Dizzy and then ECU.
If someone can kindly assist me with what im missing im all ears.
Cheers guys
Mark Previously a show car that had candy paint 20 years ago. This hot pink mess is literally that, a mess haha
For anyone that comes across this thread. The big thing was both cars had fried ECUs from sitting around for years with no use. Leaking compositors were the culprit. New refurbished ecu for the win
