I have a 94 honda accord that wont start i have changed the fuel pump head gasket the distributor the spark plugs the radiator the main relay and dont know what else to do now the rafiator fan stays on and it wont turn off so it ate my battery. Had to unplug it. I was told it could be the fuel pressure but am not sure what to do does anyone have an idea ?
