1997 civic Ex engine swap B16a2 engine
i went to get my smog passed and the guy there wasn’t able to read the ecu. So he had to contact one of his friends to pass my car’s smog. My question here is why wasn’t he able to read it. I know it had to do something with the ecu and Obd 1 and obd 2 but I’m confused. Please can someone care to explain to me and help me out.
