Is it new distributor? If so is it OE or OEM? If it's original yeah it's done, 00-05 civics were a mess, you have 00 when they started officially ******* with em & I have 05 the year they stopped ******* with em. I can't tell you how many times I've replaced the smallest cheapest dumbest **** on my car. But it's good car, at 115,000 I drove it from Cali to Colorado no problem except should of bought chains. If you're still having issues let me know. I'm a technician at ford but Honda next to me so they help me with my car always.
