Default ZC, Junkyard Integra ECU or Solder in Ebay Chip

What's the deal with these solder in ECU chips? I can totaly handle soldering so there is no problem there. Would I see better performance out of a certain one. I currently have a 90 CRX Si and am putting a ZC in it this weekend. Which way should I go for the ECU, I plan on turbo'ing after this, I already know I should buy the Zdyne but that's not going to happen for a while.
