Hello I have a 2000 Ek with a US ITR motor and I getting ready to Ref it. My questions is would any Cat work with this motor or do I need an ITR Cat? Would I need a US ITR ECU too? or can a JDM ITR ECU work with it? Civic Si ecu?

yes it will work. you can get a stock civic cat, or a gs-r, doesn't matter.

I know on the 5G hybrids the civic cats are too short. The teg LS cat is the only direct bolt in. but they all flow the same so yes, they "work"
