Default Wont start!

Okay. Here is the deal. 1988 Civic DX hatch. 1988 Integra ECU. Automatic to Si transmission swap. The car is still using the DX wiring harness to control the "JDM" ZC D16.

My bud is doing this and has everything hooked up. Problem? Wont start. Will crank but wont catch. He comments that the motor has no spark. Anyone have a clue to WTF is up with this? This is his first swap and he did it all himself, he is smart but I think he has it pinned wrong?

Any help would be appreciated!

Chris
