Default Wiring question (extra plug) *pics*

Hey guys. I'm just about ready to drop my motor in and ran into a snag. Oddly enough, it's the only one I'm having with wiring. Anyway, I have a JDM B18C and consequently am using my DX harness with a Rywire subharness for VTEC, VOPS, IAB, KS and extended O2 wire. I numbered every plug, male and female 1-15 on both the D15 and the B18C. Everything is fine and where it should be, but as the title says, I have an extra plug. For the Intake Air Temperature Sensor,

http://www.rywire.com

I have two exact same plugs.

going to both sides of the harness;

Green with white and yellow with red go to the battery side of the harness;

and yellow with black and solid red go to the driver side of the harness.

Both will reach to the IATS;

The GSR harness only has 1 plug there with a red with yellow and a solid green.

Which I followed back and goes to the opposite side of the battery, (JDM Driver side, our passenger side)

Now when I removed the wiring when I pulled the motor, I seem to remember there being a plug that both of these mystery plugs went into, to make the same connection which makes sense because the IAT Sensor on my D15 only has 1 place for the plug as well, and no extra motor side ends to plug into. So which do I use, the plug that goes to my driver side shock tower? (oppiste the battery like the GSR) or the one that goes to the battery side of the harness?

Thanks HT

That yel/blk and red wired plug is your EVAP. Its that small round sensor on top of the manifold or mounted on the firewall.

I'm looking over the wiring schematic in my Helms for my civic. I don't find anything called the EVAP sensor or anything that EVAP would be an acronym for, but could you possibly be talking about the Purge control solenoid valve?

Does the JDM GSR motor just not have it? On that harness, there isn't an extra plug anywhere. If it is on my old IM and not on the firewall, is there giong to be any issue with not plugging it in? I mean if that motor didn't come with that plug, then the ECU that came with it shouldn't care.

This should be interesting...
