Default wiring B18B on 89CRXSI

hi! im swapping a b18b on a CRX SI. im using my stock wire harness but when i was doing this i have extra wires that used to be on connected to the block. these wires were originally connected near the oil filter and right beside the knock sensor (i think). the wire has a color (1)black and (2) yellow-green (if it helps). my question is,,, how do i solve this problem? do i need to use another harness? please help! links and answers would be greatly appreciated thanks. btw im keeping my car non-OBD
