i got question i have lsv b18b1 block and b16head can i use any b series vtec harness ?

Year/make/model/ecu? What OBD are the injectors, distributor and alternator?

2000 civic dx .. im puting a p28 and im not good with the whole obd thing idk what obd there but its a ls injectors and msd dizzy and ls alternator

You can use your harness and add the wiring for VTEC and knock plus a few more modifications. Or find a 99-00 EX harness and use that with some modifications.
