it will fit. but I cannot guarentee no problems.
I doubt you will have problems, but it'll produce weak power since it has a shorter stroke.
That will depend on the rods/pistons you use as well.

you'll have to do some research with the rods and pistons you want to use.
I don't know exactly of what a B16 crank in a B18A will produce for you.
