will pistons and rods from a b16 fit into a b18? someone told me that they think they will fit. i have aftermarket pistons in my b16, and i want to boost, but i kinda wanna have ls/vtec, and if i could get the b18 block and put the low comp. pistons in it, it would work out well. if they dont fit, then ill just stick with the b16 since i have the internals in it already.

pistons are a direct swap over. that's it. you could swap b16 crank and rods into a b18, but you'd be horribly destroking it.

the only reason im wondering is becuase i have cp pistons and eagle rods in my b16, they are low compression, and im ready to boost. but kinda want ls/vtec. so i want to know if i could swap over the pistons and rods and have it work

rods - not without the b16 crank, which is a bad idea for the reason i stated above
