i am currently running h22a4 with jdm obd1 p13 and it runs great.

Great. I have a chipped P28 and its not runnin right, and I can pick up a JDM P13 for cheap. I've heard the spoon program is great for the P13 so that a possibility.

yes, the spoon progam is pretty good. If you're looking to by a reprogrammed P13 w/spoon program I have a couple for sale ($220 shipped). IM or email if interested

It will work, but be aware of the 180kph speed governor.

no big deal, get field vtec controller and it will remove that speed governor
