will engine work without charcoal canister hooked up on 94 ls motor, this is for a motor swap that has not been done yet. reason i ask is because i have a 96 ls intake manifold and it not the same hose routing as the 94 ls

Yes, it will run just fine. Its just emissions garbage.

This system is responsible for the recirculating the gas tank vapors to the intake. also this is part of the EVAP system. this motor will not be smogged as i will throw in the stock cx motor for that.

Why not just smog the engine? Ref it and be done with it.

 

i plan on enternal work and a vtec head later, for sure i know it will not smog.
