Will this bolt up to my B18C hatch?
Hey guys, before you get mad..I did use the search option and still cannot find enough info. Anyways, I am getting a 94 Cx hatch next week, with a B18C1 swap. I was wondering if the Apexi N1 for the 92-95 Civic hatch would bolt right up to it. Also I want to run straight pipe, so I just get a 2.5 " test pipe for my model car, and that should bolt right up to the DC 4-1 header that is on it, correct? Thanks

it depends on your car's exhaust piping configuration. The best thing you can do is when you buy this EG and the Apex N1 (full cat back or just muffler section?), if its just the muffler section, try mounting it up to your car, if it fits....then it fits. If not, then you'll have to visit a muffler shop and get it mounted to fit. Its just common sense. Same goes for the straight pipe, although, a lot of muffler shops won't publically announce they make & sell straight pipes as in some states, str8 pipes are illegal for on-road use.

OK, so should I just order the exhaust or should I also order a 2.5" test pipe? BTW, what is the piping size of the N1? And also, what is involved in running no cats on a Honda, do I need some sort of O2 cheater? On my Focus I ran no cats, and needed an O2 cheater. Also will the N1 be good further down the road when i might possibly boost the B18? Thanks

If I were in your shoes I would just have exhaust made custom for it. Go to any muffler shop and tell them you 2 1/4 mor 2 1/2 in exhaust bent for your car, them put any muffler on it that you like. As far as not running a cat there is nothing special you have to do. If you are going to boost down the road I would take that into consideration. If you are really sure you are going to I myself would go with 3" exhaust. You could use the 2 1/2 in but it all depends on how much boost and other mods you have done. That's my $.02.

no check light especially if you go OBD1.
OBD2 can be touchy and will more than likely throw a check light for 02 sensor (mainly the 2nd 02 sensor) but there's a fix for this.

being/going OBD1 was my point.
You can cheat other sensors too besides the 02, if you converted to OBD1.
You'd need an ecu jumper harness & OBD1 ecu of course. If you're interested I have these kinds of things for sale.
