What would be involved in this swap?
What would I need to do to swap between a 95 coupe with a b16a2 with a 90 crx si with a 93 sohc vtec engine. Basically putting the coupe back to stock and putting the b16 in the crx. Not a step by step but what parts would I need to get?

Re: What would be involved in this swap? (Kyoko-Chan)
you would need a b-series cable trans to put the b16 into the crx......and you would need atleast a d-series hydro tranny to put the sohc into the coupe.....you would also need a mount kit for the b16crx and wire the harness up for VTEC also the b16 is OBD1 and the crx is pre-OBD so you would have to do something with that....for the SOHCcoupe I'm not real positive how this would work but I'm sure you could need to get an old EX wiriing harness or hbSi harness and it seems like it would plug right up...also remember thopugh its illegal to put an older engine into a car...not sure if that matters for you or not but keep that in mind

Re: What would be involved in this swap? (Turbo LS)
If I dont plan to sell car with the older engine it wouldnt really be an issue would it? I started thinking anyway wouldnt it be bettter to put another B-series engine like a b18 or b20 into the coupe since I would have to unswap everything and its already set up for a B-series?
