Default what should i do..swap questions.

i have a decent amount of money saved up that i can spend on my sol but i am unsure how i want to spend it. my sol is a 93 si automatic with 77,000 miles. i have a couple differnt options.
1. swap a b16a w/ 5 speed tranny. this would give me an engine with lower miles which is nice but i would have to have to find someone to swap the auto to 5 speed.

2. Get the greddy kit for the sohc vtec engine and swap the tranny to 5 speed. my friend has this kit on his ex and it is alot faster than my other friends car with the b16a swap. Once again i would have to find some to swap the tranny, but i would guess it would still be cheaper to swap the tranny than to swap the engine and the tranny.

3. Get the greddy kit and keep the auto tranny. I would have to run low boost and it would not be as fast as if it were 5 speed but still alot quicker than stock. i know the honda auto trannys are weak but this mechanic in my area says that the tranny should be able to hold the estimated 150 whp that the greddy kit would put out. also if and when the the tranny went i could then swap it too five speed.

keep in mind that i have too much money and time invested in my car to sell it or trade it for a 5 speed model. i am leaning towards the turbo because it looks good in the engine bay and with the intercooler since the car is mostly a show car. im not looking for anything extremely quick, just somthing that is fun to drive and faster than stock.

i have a fully gutted 93 turbo ls hybrid hatch. guess what?...it's an auto! yeah...i guarantee you that no one will do this, a b-series hybrid automatic. well, i take that back, there is a kid with a del sol in florida who i kept in contact with because he did the same exact swap with a ls and kept it auto. it is a pretty long and harder than manual swap. it doesn't bolt right in like a manual swap. i did mine myself and it was not till after that i found it is easier to convert a auto to manual. if you think you are up to the task of doing the swap and conversion yourself, i will give you the best instructions and advice so you do it yourself and save a hell grip of cash so you can buy a decent horsepower adder, like a turbo! it's really not that hard, you just have to have the tools and it is the best learning experience. i did my auto swap for about $1500, maybe a little less. the money i saved on labor, i bought a greddy gsr turbo intercooled kit. i know it is expensive, but i found a good deal. before i put the turbo on it, my car was effortlessly catching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear and that was off idle when it was floored! trust me, if you just want to keep it auto, auto can be fast! i was beating bolt on si and gsr's with no problem. after i put the turbo on, i can beat a stock turbo manual gst very easily. most v-8's aren't a problem. i am only boosting 5 lbs and my fuel isn't even tuned right now so i can only race at most, half throttle or else it leans out. not bad in my opinion for a turbo hybrid automatic. soon, i will have a better running setup after tuning. and if i mess up my tranny, i will make it a slapstick. i already have been collecting the manual parts...i have everything but the tranny, clutch, flywheel, and intermediate shaft. well, i am here to help. if you weren't up NE but south, i would do your swap for cheap because that is what i do. i am the home/backyard swap doctor. i save people and keep them from getting new a--holes ripped in them that weren't on them before a shop ripped them. anymore q's just ask.
