everything snaps into my harness fine but this wire...

which wire exactly are you talking about, what you have circled is just one of the main plugs of the engine wiring harness to the body harness.

 

or are u circling that red wire? if u are, then are u running an audio system? or did ur car previously have one? cuz it looks like a amp power wire.

wow such detail in what youre looking for!!...... im with everyone else i cant see anything that is not plugged in to something....... and yes that fat red wire is for an amp as stated if thats what you mean

 

sorry...its the main plug not the amp wire...
all the plugs click in fine but that one i just cant seem to snap in...

 

Take it out, look to see if the white plastic thing came out of the other car, then remove it and try to plug in.

 

the white plastic part is still on the plug...
i tried to fire up the car last night and after like 5 tries it finally did..(how it finally started ill never know..)
i took it around the block once and i found out my transmission wouldnt go in reverse and my rpm gauge wasnt working...
i turned the engine off and fiddled with the reverse but no luck...feels like the reverse gear is stuck...
i tried to fire up the car again but it wouldnt start this time..
wth is going on? is this a timing issue?
also, wassup with my tranny?
